Reapply "refactor(clip): use Quickshell.execDetached when avaliable"

fix(Clip): sh escaping args from user data
chore: migrate mpris stringutils to actual stringutils
StringUtils is copied from end4-dots, GPL Licensed
This also fixes image not being copied properly
