Refactor CMake and Make file (#1766)
* Refactor CMake and Make file
- modernize CMake a bit
- "unscreamify" CMake commands
- replace undocumented CMake option -H by -S in Makefile
- remove unnecessary "cd" in Makefile
* Fix include path to wlroots generated header files
